Great for peppermint bark!
4 Stars
Great for peppermint bark!
White chocolate is really difficult to make vegan and taste like the real deal. For that reason you don't see a lot of vegan white chocolate out there and it tends to be a bit more pricy. When you eat these right out of the bag they are a little bit more gritty than non-vegan white chocolate. However I melted them up for peppermint bark and they were great! Nobody that tried the bark had any idea it was vegan.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great substitution!!

I take pride in cooking things that are healthy, but also taste delicious. This was a great replacement for non-dairy white chocolate and it certainly was a crowd favorite when used in the white chocolate lime blondies I created for an event. Be certain to keep them in a fairly cool or room temperature area without direct sunlight during hotter seasons.
