Is anyone else taking the challenge? I’ve been shocked by what I’ve learned. I thought I was eating a lot less processed than I really am! This has been a great learning experience for me and I hope to continue eating less processed than I had prior to October.
Halloween is almost here! I have one more post to share with you, so expect some homemade candy later on today.

oooo…I love the idea of white chocolate!!!
Yay, I'm happy there are some more white chocolate lovers out there! I know a lot of people really dislike it.
I have never tried pumpkin dip, but the combination with white chocolate sounds really good!
It's a bit boring and bland without it but white chocolate makes everything better. :)
Wow, you had me at white chocolate! This looks great!!
Thanks! And yeah, I've got to add white chocolate to everything pumpkin related!
Oh Erin, this sounds delightful! Have loved learning alongside everyone with the Unprocessed Challenge too. So encouraging!
Thanks! It's nice to have encouragement, isn't it? I'm sure my eating habits will be a disaster by next October so I'll participate again for sure!
that has so been true for me also – i have learned a great deal doing it and was eating less "unprocessed" than i realized. so even though i did not eat entirely unprocessed i learned a wealth of information and plan to continue moving in the direction of less and less processed foods. did you find that food taste so much better? i did.
I have to admit that I still crave the bad stuff! I haven't noticed anything tasting better, though. Maybe that'll come with time! Good luck with your continuation of better eating. :)
Ok ok ok the next time I make my pumpkin oatmeal cookies, i am most definitely adding white chocolate chips Erin!! I know that would make you proud :)
Yes! You have to add white chocolate! I would be so happy. :)
I thought about doing the challenge, but I haven't participated. Oddly enough, this month has basically been the worst month for my eating habits. For some reason I have just kept eating granola bar after granola bar after granola bar. I think it had to do with me eating in front of my laptop. So no more laptop eating for this gal :P
I like the presentation of the dip. Its cute and fally :)
Thank you! And I don't think it's odd that October has been bad for you. It's kind of the best food month of the year. :) And yeah, stop eating in front of the laptop! Bad girl. ;)
Adding white chocolate is a great way to add more flavor to pumpkin dip!
It really is. No more bla pumpkin dip! :)
