Peach Margarita

This peach margarita blends sweet peaches with zesty lime for a refreshing summer drink. It’s perfect for poolside relaxing or backyard gatherings on hot days.

Ingredients

Optional rim:

  • lime juice
  • salt/sugar/Tajín

Cocktail:

  • 1/4 cup (45 grams) peaches diced, fresh or frozen
  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce (2 tbsp) triple sec
  • 1 ounce (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice

Optional for cocktail:

  • 1/2 ounce (1 tbsp) honey or maple syrup/simple syrup for vegan

For serving:

  • ice
  • peach or lime slice/wedge

Instructions

Optional rim:

  • Add a little lime juice to a shallow bowl. Pour salt/sugar/Tajín into a second shallow bowl. Dip the rim of the glass into the liquid and then the next bowl.

Cocktail:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender jar and puree until smooth.
    1/4 cup (45 grams) peaches, 2 ounces (1/4 cup) blanco tequila, 1 ounce (2 tbsp) triple sec, 1 ounce (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice
  • Add your optional sweetener of choice if you feel it needs it.
    1/2 ounce (1 tbsp) honey
  • Fill your glass with ice.
    ice
  • Strain into your glass and garnish with a wedge of fresh peach or lime.
