Fill the cocktail shaker about halfway full with ice.
Add the gin, creme de cacao and half-and-half or vegan alternative.
1 oz (2 tablespoons) gin, 1 oz (2 tablespoons) white creme de cacao, 1 oz (2 tablespoons) half-and-half
Shake well and strain into the glass.
Garnish with nutmeg.
