This Aperol soda is light and refreshing with a hint of bitterness balanced by crisp club soda. Perfect for hot days or as a pre-dinner aperitif, and it's naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz (6 tablespoons or 90 ml) Aperol
  • 3 oz (6 tablespoons or 90 ml) club soda
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) orange juice
  • orange slice for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour in the Aperol and then the club soda and 2 teaspoons orange juice. Give it a stir, taste and add more juice if desired, and add an orange slice.
  • Serve immediately.
