Place all base ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until totally combined. Use your hands if it seems too dry, and it’ll instantly come together more easily.

Place on a piece of parchment paper. I made a 4”x7” rectangle.
Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave at 50% powder in 30-second increments, stirring after every 30 minutes.

Spread over the bars. Top with flaky sea salt. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up, and then cut into 12 bars.
