This eggnog White Russian simply uses eggnog in place of the cream in this classic drink for a fun Christmas twist.
To make a shaken eggnog White Russian:
Get out your cocktail shaker. If you don’t have one, use any jar or bottle that has a tight lid.
Fill the shaker 3/4 full with ice. Then add your three ingredients.
Shake for about 30 seconds. Fill a lowball glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
Garnish with nutmeg.
To make a layered drink:
Fill a lowball glass with ice. Then add the coffee liqueur.
Top with vodka and then the eggnog.
Stir and garnish with nutmeg.
Serve immediately.
- For the vegan version, use vegan eggnog (check post for store-bought brands or make my homemade vegan eggnog). Also, use 3 tablespoons of espresso or very strong coffee + 1 tablespoon of extra rum in place of the Kahlua.
