Mango Mule

This mango mule is tropical and refreshing made with mango, lime, vodka, and ginger beer. It’s also naturally gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients

For the cocktail:

  • 3 ounces (6 tablespoons or 90 ml) vodka
  • 4 ounces (113 gram) frozen mango
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons (20 ml) maple syrup or simple syrup
  • ice
  • 6 ounces (3/4 cup or 177 ml) ginger beer

For the optional garnish:

  • mint
  • mango slice or chunk

Instructions

  • Place the vodka, frozen mango chunks, lime juice and maple syrup in a blender and blend on high until no chunks of fruit remain.
    3 ounces (6 tablespoons or 90 ml) vodka, 4 ounces (113 gram) frozen mango, 3 tablespoons (45 ml) lime juice, 4 teaspoons (20 ml) maple syrup
  • Place ice in the glass.
  • Pour the mango mixture into the glass and top with the ginger beer. Give it a stir.
    6 ounces (3/4 cup or 177 ml) ginger beer
  • Garnish with mint and mango, if desired.
