Strawberry Frosé

This strawberry frosé calls for only four ingredients and comes together in a few minutes. It can even be naturally sweetened, and it’s naturally gluten-free + vegan.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (400 grams or 14 oz) frozen strawberries
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine chilled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • up to 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup or simple syrup, or granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) peach schnapps or triple sec, optional but recommended

Instructions

  • Add everything but the sweetener to a high-speed blender.
  • Process until high until totally smooth.
  • Taste and start adding sweetener a tablespoon at a time. I used 1/4 cup of maple syrup.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Runny honey also works if you're not vegan.
