Strawberry Mule

This strawberry mule is sweetened with maple syrup or simple syrup, made with lime juice, vodka, and spicy ginger beer. It’s naturally gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces (6 tablespoons or 90 ml) vodka
  • 4 ounces (about 1/2 cup or 113 grams) strawberries I used frozen and slightly thawed
  • 1.5 ounces (3 tablespoons or 45 ml) lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons (20 ml) maple syrup
  • ice
  • 6 ounces (3/4 cup or 180 ml) ginger beer

Instructions

  • Place the vodka, strawberries, lime juice and maple syrup in a blender and blend on high until no chunks of fruit remain.
    3 ounces (6 tablespoons or 90 ml) vodka, 4 ounces (about 1/2 cup or 113 grams) strawberries, 1.5 ounces (3 tablespoons or 45 ml) lime juice, 4 teaspoons (20 ml) maple syrup
  • Place ice in the glass.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture into the glass and top with the ginger beer. Give it a stir.
    6 ounces (3/4 cup or 180 ml) ginger beer
