This vanilla milk is full of rich vanilla flavor with a touch of maple sweetness, perfect chilled or warm. Made with just 3 simple ingredients, it’s an easy vegan and paleo-friendly drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk of choice see notes
  • 2-3 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Stir together the milk, maple syrup (I used 3 tsp, but like things sweet) and vanilla extract.
  • Serve cold or warm.
  • Refrigerate leftover for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • I use unsweetened cashew milk or oat milk. I think other types of milk would work just as well, except for canned coconut milk, which is too thick.
